New nature reserve opens in Växjö

This weekend, Växjö's seventh municipal nature reserve will be inaugurated. On Sunday, in connection with Nature's Day, Hovshaga Nature Reserve will be inaugurated.

– Hovshaga nature reserve is a very popular and popular area with swimming areas and trails for walking, running, cycling and horse riding. Through the municipal council's decision to form a nature reserve here, we show that the area is important and must be preserved so that we can continue to develop the fine natural values and above all the fine outdoor life, says Anna Tenje (M), chair of the municipal council.
