New educations starts in Växjö

New educations starts in Växjö and Kronoberg counties. The authority of the University of Applied Sciences has granted eleven applications to conduct so called YH programs. This means 655 new training places in the coming years.

– We are strengthening our presence throughout the country and continuing the expansion of the vocational college, says the Authority of the Director-General of the Vocational College Thomas Persson.

In Växjö, there are nine new courses starting this fall. It is as B2B salesman, salary consultant with system focus, medical secretary, accounting consultant, specialist nurse operation, intensive care and anesthesia, support educator - Kronoberg / Halland, real estate engineering technical system, CAD designer and logistics Planner.

– It is very gratifying for Kronoberg County that so many of the programs we applied for were also granted this year. Through cooperation between us and the organizers of vocational colleges, we now meet major competence needs.
