Plans for new housing in Alvesta

After the summer, the municipal housing company Allbohus plans to build new housing on the neighborhood Björklövet in central Alvesta.
– An important thing for us is to start building new housing. We have not built a lot of housing in the past year. If we are to be able to develop Alvesta, we must build more housing, says Thomas Ottosson, who is CEO of Allbohus, to Smålandsposten.

The house will be five floors and contain between 30 and 35 rental apartments. If there is any interest in more apartments than that, Allbohus can build more. It will be determined while the first house is being built.
– I think we will fill both houses without any problems. There is great demand for apartments in Alvesta, says Thomas Ottosson to Smålandsposten.
